Your tasks

You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a pivotal role in upholding our company's positive image.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Support: Provide prompt, professional, and friendly assistance to our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues with the utmost care and efficiency.
Carrier Coordination: Act as the liaison between our carriers and customers to swiftly resolve any delivery-related challenges or logistical concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Cross-Departmental Communication: Collaborate actively and proactively with other departments to gather necessary information and insights, ensuring that customer queries are handled effectively and with accurate information.

Your profile

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in French and/or Italian will be considered an advantage and will enhance your possibilities.
Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with customers. Address their needs and problems with a customer-first mindset.
Basic Computer Skills: Possess a basic knowledge of computer usage and a willingness to learn new programs and portals.
Availability: As a freelancer, working student, or temporary contract worker, you will be expected to dedicate at least 40 hours of work per month, with a time period spanning October to December 2024.
